Background

Gab has been playing with PHP since 2003 and working Drupal magic since 2009. Dedicated to giving back to the open source digital experience platform, he created (and continues to improve) the Chatbot API for Drupal 8 as well as other contrib projects and always committed to contributing where he can.

You may or may not know he was a System Administrator (what DevOps were called many years ago!) in his initial approach to IT. GNU/Linux, Bash and Perl were his best friends and he always carried spare ethernet cables, a switch and an access point in his bag. Always!
He was an active member in his local Linux User Group.

Nowadays as an organiser of Drupal London Developers he’s working on ways to improve collaboration and sense of community between the UK’s various Drupal groups.

He is the person you are looking for if you have any question about Security, Performance, Automation and AI.

Experience

Gab is confident with Drupal - of course - as well as having professional experiences with many popular PHP frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, Slim. He is a proper Full-stack developer so happy to get his hands on HTML, CSS/SASS and Javascript.

In the past years he has also been working with some popular JAM stack, using PHP as well as NodeJS based backends.
