Scrum everywhere - how we implemented Scrum not only in software development projects

Session details

Scrum is used by software development teams all over the world. Scrum makes a lot of improvements in the software development process, but Scrum is not only for software.

After implementing Scrum in a few software development projects, we decided to try it in other types of projects and teams like marketing, QA, management.

After implementing it at first in the marketing team, now want to have Scrum or elements of Scrum everywhere in our company.

In my presentation you will find information about:

  • how we use Scrum in the marketing team
  • how we use Scrum in QA team to improve software testing in the whole company
  • how we use Scrum for company management,
  • how we use Scrum for junior developers training.

Drupal apprentices

The best people to train new developers are developers

The Drupal Apprenticeship Scheme will be running a London intake in March. If you are interested in hiring an apprentice or know someone who would benefit from the scheme please get in touch via the link below.

  • Created and run by experienced developers
  • Teaches core skills and best practice
  • Extensive support for businesses and teams

We are also really keen to hear from people who might be interested in mentoring, training and helping us to develop and review training materials to make sure they stay absolutely current and relevant.
