Finding a Suitable Symfony Component !!

Prerequisites

Basics of Object Oriented PHP

Session details

If you are scared of Symfony Components and some other heavy terms used in symfony then you are at a right place. Basically Symfony Components are just a set of decoupled and reusable PHP libraries. They are becoming the standard foundation on which the best PHP applications are built on. You can use any of these components in your own applications independently from the Symfony Framework.

In this session, I will be giving a quick hands on how to create command line apps using Symfony console component and will give you an overview of the components listed below

Components we are covering in our session :

  • The finder component
  • The console component
  • The Vardumper component
  • The event dispatcher component.

We are also really keen to hear from people who might be interested in mentoring, training and helping us to develop and review training materials to make sure they stay absolutely current and relevant.
