Applied agile transformation - lessons from cross-pollinating between digital and social transformation programmes in complex environments.

Session details

Kubair Shirazee, Agile Coach at AgiliTea, will share how he and his team have alleviated 5000+ individuals out of poverty, created social mobility, nurtured financial inclusion and transformed the mindset of radicalised individuals and communities – all through the familiar principles of an agile digital transformation, applied in non-tech environments.

Over an eight year period Kubair and his team have cross pollinated agile values, principles, frameworks and tools that are used to transform enterprise culture and ways of working to address complex social problems. After eight years Kubair and his team are bringing back their learnings from applying agile in social transformation programmes back to enterprise transformation programmes in order to de-risk large complex enterprise transformations.

Join Kubair’s session to hear how to recalibrate and apply agile principles to commercial organisations to tackle marginalised audiences and drive benefits in large enterprise transformation programmes.
