Agency Capacity Bottlenecks

We're all in Drupal business. And no matter what the agency size is, either it's a one-man shop or 100+ company, sales ups and downs happen everywhere. Have you faced the issue, when you cannot handle the brand new client because of the lack of your in-house team?

Session details

- the balance between the sales pipeline and team availability;
- how to mitigate the development peaks;
- pros an cons of working with an external dev provider.

I wanted to share the fails and wins while integrating the external resources with the internal team. Discussing tools and techniques to streamline the development process.

The ultimate goal for each attendee is to figure out the capacity weakness and to apply the tips in their business.

Drupal apprentices

The best people to train new developers are developers

The Drupal Apprenticeship Scheme will be running a London intake in March. If you are interested in hiring an apprentice or know someone who would benefit from the scheme please get in touch via the link below.

  • Created and run by experienced developers
  • Teaches core skills and best practice
  • Extensive support for businesses and teams

We are also really keen to hear from people who might be interested in mentoring, training and helping us to develop and review training materials to make sure they stay absolutely current and relevant.
