Sprint

What is a Sprint?

Sprints are when a group of people get together to work on a project. A great way to grow Drupal and to get invovled, surrounded by like minded people helping each other.

Do I have to be an experienced developer to sprint?

No! First time sprinters are common at camps, and serve as a great intro to contributing. It's not only developers who attend either, people willing to help in updating documentation, talk through ideas and otherwise get involved are also welcome.

Do I need to buy a ticket to sprint?

Yes, you'll need a weekend (Sat & Sun) ticket to sprint.

When are the sprints?

Sprints will take place on Saturday (10.50am - 5pm) and Sunday (10.50am-2pm).

How can I sign up?

You can sign up to be a sprint lead (by suggesting a sprint goal/topic). People who want to sprint can opt for one of those, or offer help where ever it is needed.

Drupal apprentices

The best people to train new developers are developers

The Drupal Apprenticeship Scheme will be running a London intake in March. If you are interested in hiring an apprentice or know someone who would benefit from the scheme please get in touch via the link below.

  • Created and run by experienced developers
  • Teaches core skills and best practice
  • Extensive support for businesses and teams

We are also really keen to hear from people who might be interested in mentoring, training and helping us to develop and review training materials to make sure they stay absolutely current and relevant.
